Hometown: Spring Hill, Tennessee

Personal: Escobar is the daughter of Erick and Rebecca Escobar. She majored in nursing at Liberty University. She says that her younger sister is someone who inspires her. Her most memorable athletic accomplishment was leading Liberty to a win over LSU during her junior year, despite being sick at the time. Her favorite meal is dinner, and she enjoys shopping and listening to music in her free time. Escobar has a dog named Hensley. Her dream vacation destination is Iceland, and her favorite possession is her record player.

College Experience: Escobar was a two-year letter winner at North Alabama before completing her final two collegiate seasons at Liberty University. Over the course of her career, she appeared in 114 games, making 69 starts. She finished with a 2.69 earned run average (ERA), a 55-21 record, and four saves. Across 515.1 innings pitched, she recorded 441 strikeouts, 35 complete games, and 11 shutouts. As a senior, Escobar was named to the Second-Team NFCA All-Mid-Atlantic Region after helping lead the Flames to an NCAA Super Regional appearance. During her two seasons at Liberty, she compiled a 41-11 record with 307 strikeouts in 67 appearances, including 42 starts. In 2025, she was honored as the Conference USA Pitcher of the Year after leading the league with 25 victories. She ranked second in the conference with 177 strikeouts and placed third with a 2.53 ERA. In Conference USA play, Escobar posted a perfect 12-0 record, leading the league with a 1.33 ERA and a .168 opponent batting average. She was named the Conference USA Tournament Most Valuable Player after going 3-0 with two shutouts during the tournament. Additionally, she guided Liberty to all three victories in the NCAA College Station Regional. In her first season with the Flames, Escobar earned spots on the All-Conference USA Team and the NFCA All-Mideast Region Second Team. That season, she posted a 16-7 record with a 2.75 ERA and eight complete games. She struck out 130 batters over 145.1 innings, limiting opponents to a .233 batting average. Against Conference USA opponents, she notched a 6-1 record with a 1.97 ERA. She played a pivotal role in Liberty's Conference USA Tournament title, pitching 6.2 innings of relief in the championship game against Western Kentucky. Escobar also helped lead Liberty to NCAA Regional wins over Charlotte and Georgia. Before transferring, she spent two seasons at North Alabama, where she recorded a 2.94 ERA with a 14-10 record. In 47 appearances, she tallied 11 complete games. As a sophomore, she posted an 11-5 record and ranked third in the Atlantic Sun Conference with a 1.90 ERA. She began her collegiate career with a 3-5 record during the 2022 season, striking out 46 batters over 68.0 innings and completing three games.
