Erin Coffel is a 5-foot-6 middle infielder from Bremen, Indiana. She was acquired in the sixth round of the 2025 Inaugural Draft following her collegiate career at Kentucky.

Personal Life

Education: Majored in kinesiology at Kentucky.

Background: Currently serving as a graduate assistant softball coach at the University of Florida.

Hobbies: Enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Jack, trying new recipes, and can juggle.

Professional Experience

Athletes Unlimited Pro Softball & AUSL (2024–2025)

2025 AUSL All-Star Cup: Secured her first career AU medal with a fourth-place finish (1,172 leaderboard points). Hit .304 with two home runs, eight RBIs, and led the league with nine runs scored.

2025 AUSL Regular Season: Inaugural recipient of the AUSL MVP and Hitter of the Year awards. Led the league with four triples, 28 RBIs, a .566 on-base percentage, and a 1.435 OPS. Hit the first grand slam in Bandits history on June 19, driving in a season-high five runs.

2024 Championship Season: Finished eighth overall with 1,446 leaderboard points and tied for the league lead with three home runs. Led the league by being hit by a pitch seven times.

2024 AUX Season: Tied for 18th place in her professional debut with 950 points, recording six hits, including two doubles and a home run.

International Experience (2021–2026)

Team USA: Member of the 2026 United States Women’s National Team pool. Won Gold medals at the 2023 Pan American Games, 2021 Junior Women’s World Championship, and 2021 Junior Women’s Pan American Games.

College Experience: Kentucky (2021–2024)

Coffel earned starting assignments in 221 of 224 games at Kentucky.

Career Statistics: She finished her career as the Wildcats' all-time leader in home runs (68), RBIs (212), and walks (155), boasting a school-record .785 slugging percentage and .377 batting average.

Junior Year (2023): Led NCAA Division I in walks, walks per game, and on-base percentage.

Awards & Honors

All-America: First player in Kentucky history to receive three NFCA All-America certificates.
