Jami Lobpries is the General Manager of the Portland Cascade in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL). She enters her first season leading the expansion franchise after building a career that spans youth softball, professional softball, collegiate coaching, and athlete marketing.

Tairia Flowers is the Head Coach of the Portland Cascade in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL). She enters the inaugural season of the franchise after building a successful coaching career at Loyola Marymount and Cal State Northridge while also establishing herself as one of the most accomplished players in UCLA and Team USA softball history.

Jolene Henderson is the Associate Head Coach of the Portland Cascade in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL). She enters her first season in professional coaching after a standout playing career that included All-America honors, National Pro Fastpitch success, and international competition with Team USA.

Jason Gwyn is an Assistant Coach for the Portland Cascade in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL). He enters his first season with the organization after coaching at the collegiate, high school, international, and national team levels.

Laura Heberling is an Assistant Coach for the Portland Cascade in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL). She enters her first season in professional softball after successful coaching stops at Kansas, Maryland, Utah State, and USC Beaufort.
